They've truly hit the ground running, hosting darts and pool, serving up their first Sunday roast rolling out their new menus. We've even spotted board games and dominoes popping up on the side tables. Such a brilliant way to bring people together for a bit of food, fun and friendly competition!"

We stayed here for three nights with our two dogs- it’s a wonderful experience- lovely spacious room, great shower, fresh home cooked meals, good craic in the pub. The beaches & cliffs around the island are incredibly beautiful and perfect for long hikes and bracing swims. Highly recommend visit.

Warm welcome. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Excellent food and a good bar, well stocked. Excellent, tastefully furnished and decorated room. Very good bathroom. We were lucky to get some good weather on Stronsay. The island is quiet, peaceful and beautiful, and the coastline is scenic and good for bird-watching (take your binoculars). Ideal for a walking holiday.
